【Intended use】

This product is used for in vitro qualitative detection of dengue virus NS 1 antigen, Malaria (Pf/Pan) Antigen in human serum, plasma or whole blood samples.

【Reactivity principle】

This kit adopts the principle of colloidal gold immunochromatography. The detection area of nitrocellulose membrane (T-line) was coated with mouse anti-dengue virus NS1 monoclonal antibody 2（DV-NS1-Ab2）/ mouse anti-plasmodium falciparum monoclonal antibody 2 (Pf-Ab2)/mouse anti-malaria pan monoclonal antibody 2(Pan-Ab2), the quality control region (C-line) was coated with goat anti-mouse IgG polyclonal antibody and colloidal gold labeled mouse anti-dengue virus NS1 monoclonal antibody 1（DV-NS1-Ab1）/colloidal gold labeled mouse anti-plasmodium falciparum monoclonal antibody 1 (Pf-Ab1)/colloidal gold labeled mouse anti-malaria pan monoclonal antibody 1 (Pan-Ab1) on the gold-labeled pad. During the detection of the sample, DV-NS1-Ag/ Pf-Ag/Pan-Ag in the sample combined with colloidal gold (Au) labeled DV-NS1-Ab1/Pf-Ab1/Pan-Ab1 to form an immune complex, which flows forward in the nitrocellulose membrane. It combined with coated DV-NS1-Ab2/Pf-Ab2/Pan-Ab2 to form agglutination in the detection area, during the test. And the remaining colloidal gold combined with goat anti-mouse IgG polyclonal antibody coated on the quality control line to form agglutination to develop color. If the sample does not contain, the detection area cannot form immune complex, only the quality control area will form immune complex and develop color.
